This 40-hour Mediation Training Zoom Webinar is for those who want to Mediate in Family Law disputes, in Court Ordered Roster Mediation Programs, in the Workplace, and facilitate in other areas of Dispute Resolution. The training will form a foundation for your Mediation Practice. Although this training is not intended to be advanced skill training, some advanced skill development may be introduced. Training will provide a comprehensive background in Dispute Resolution enabling you to develop your own style and area of Mediation.

The webinar will be a seminar style of learning with active participation by each participant via ZOOM teleconferencing. We will utilize Zoom’s Break-Out Rooms for role playing so you will get a chance to practice mediating. Please feel free to ask questions as we proceed through the training.

This is a 40-hour course and to receive your certificate you must attend all 40 hours in ZOOM (on camera).

Class runs 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day. I incorporate breaks within the training and we break for lunch daily.

The training will help you to develop a plan to set up a practice/business in Mediation. The training will be a seminar style of learning with active participation by each participant.

FALL SESSION Training Regular Registration Fee: $1495.00 each
